RULES

The Rules

  1. Open Matches to 7

  2. Rookie Matches to 5

  3. Doubling cube in play

    • No Beavering.

  4. First roll to decide who goes first is also first roll of each game.

  5. Each roll must land flat in same half of the board. Dice on checker is in play.

    • Rolling cups are required unless both agree not to use. Cups Advised.

    • Shake cup 3 times before rolling dice.

  6. Crawford Rule

    • The Crawford rule states that if one player reaches a score one point short of the match, neither player may offer a double in the immediately following game. This one game with no doubling is called Crawford game.

    SCHEDULE

    1. Round 1: Nov. 10th - Nov.16th

    2. Round 2: Nov. 17th - Nov. 23rd

      -Thanksgiving Break

    3. Round 3: Dec. 1st - Dec. 7th

    4. Round 4,5,6: Same Night (Dec. 15th or Dec. 19th)

  7. Open champion receives the club golden hat.
